| THE
BASIC AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP |
| The basic membership
allows the member to use the technology provided by the Agent
Booking Engine in conjunction with the back office tools provided
in the Agent Booking Center. Affiliates have access to a full
range of promotional groups, fams and incentives. |

| Annual Fee $499 per
year non-refundable fee per affiliate agent will be charged.
The annual fee includes Errors and Omissions insurance. |

|
| Commission Paid Affiliate
members receive 100% of the commission paid by the cruise
line on each booking. |
|
|
| Service Fee A fee
of $10 - $25 per cabin booked applies. |

|
| CONSUMER BOOKING ENGINE |
| Licensing
the consumer booking engine gives the affiliate the ability
to incorporate a state of the art booking engine on their consumer
website to increase sales and lower costs. |
